We provide a controlled atmosphere for your basement or crawlspace by installing cutting-edge dehumidifiers, which effectively eliminate and prevent musty odors and moisture by filtering and drying the air. If needed, we will also install sump pumps to take care of any excessive amounts of moisture. This multi-faceted approach has proven to be extremely effective.

Owner and founder Jim Radford is a lifelong resident of Chemung County. He has successfully owned and operated a construction business for 35+ years, and has been working in the crawlspace industry for close to 10. In addition to providing quality construction and home repair services, Jim has a passion to better himself, his community, and those around him through his faith and high personal standards. He is a licensed evangelist and has been part of hundreds of marriage and funeral services for people in the community.
