Owner and founder Jim Radford is a lifelong resident of Chemung County. He has successfully owned and operated a construction business for 36 years, and has been working in the crawlspace industry for 10 years. In addition to providing quality construction and home repair services, Jim has a passion to better himself, his community, and those around him through his faith and high personal standards. He is a licensed evangelist and has been part of hundreds of marriage and funeral services for people in the community.
